Refund / Return Policy

All sales of intellectual products (build plans) are final no refunds or returns available.  Physical parts have a 100% customer satisfaction money back guarantee for 30 days from date of purchase.  Parts must be unmodified.  Credit will be issued upon receipt of items being returned.  Customer responsible for packaging and shipping items back unless items being returned have manufactured defects.
